Pete O'Connell
Owner & Direct Hire Recruiter
Pete spent 25 years in manufacturing operations management, working directly with plant managers, maintenance teams, engineers, and skilled trades professionals. As an operations manager at several plant locations, he also served as the HR designate responsible for interviewing and hiring.
For the past 8+ years he has focused on direct hire recruiting for manufacturing. He has walked the plant floors, solved the problems, and built the teams, and that experience drives how he recruits today.
Marie Christophe
Business Development Account Manager
Marie has been part of O'Connell Recruiting since 2019. As Business Development Account Manager, she builds new client relationships and supports existing accounts: learning what each company needs, keeping in close contact throughout the search, and making sure every hiring manager has a positive experience working with us.
She also manages incoming client inquiries and leads the company's social media, helping manufacturers find out how O'Connell Recruiting can help them hire.
